Hey guys, I got a question regarding speed ppc. I don't do any ppc advertising really at the moment in terms of google or anything like that but I have heard some pretty good things about this piece of software and it has now been endorsed by several large and small affiliate networks.
Just curious who's using it and what kind of results your seeing, basically is it worth it in your opinion.

p.s. if you don't own it don't feel like you need to comment ;)

Well, I have been in PPC for about 6-7 years now and if only I would have had this piece of software back then. It is very powerful and can really do what you want, but you have to take your time and go through it thoughtfully (if that is even a word). I would also make sure that you are using some sort of tracking software so you can track the results and tweak your campaigns accordingly.

I have only been using it a week, but it is definitely a piece of software that I see staying in my arsenal for quite some time. Especially, after I get the hang of it more, as I am not even utilizing the dynamically generated landing pages yet.

Instead of submitting keyword groups to a campaign, with loads of keywords in each group. Sp**dPPC will submit a single keyword in a single group, you therefore have 100 (for example) groups with one keyword, instead of 4 groups of say 25 keyword, which you then need to split test dismantle and rebuild to see which keyword are working for your campaign.
With very large keyword lists it can do in minutes what would take weeks.
A very simplified explanation, there is so much more. But worth it if you have PPC campaigns running

Just be warned that much like it can help you speed up profits, It can also help you speed up loss when used in the wrong hands...

Hmm sounds enticing, better this up for myself. What keyword tracking software do you guys recommend using with it?

I use xtreme conversions, but that is pretty new to me as well, and I am still looking at other tracking software to be honest.

ya speed ppc is great but start small and get the hang of it all there are some videos posted in the download area, very helpful for starting out
use dynamic landing pages if you wish, and for tracking i recommend prosper202 its very user friendly and FREE.. the support at their forum is outstanding, wes is tops...
integrating tracking with speed ppc is easy and very recommended,

Hmm thanks guys, this question depends on a lot of factors but in any of your opinions how long would it take to get the hang of speed ppc and what kind of daily budget would you need to be doing min.?

tons of factors.. u can easily get up and going with speedppc with limited keywords and adgroups till you get the hang of it... the niche and keyword costs will dictate how much you are going to spend, so that is your call..
the software itself is for building mass campaigns and tracking, more advanced is the datafeed option/template which is what I am about to get into next when I find time.
The big thing I did wrong at the beginning of using it, was creating too many SEED campaigns and used the tokens improperly within the ads themselves. So again just use 10-20 keywords at the beginning, and start with SEED campaigns. Use some tokens so the keywords are inserted in your ads (usually headlines) and if the long tail keywords you are using are above the 25 character limit for some ads, use the {Seed:Your Alternate Headline Here} type of thing, but be sure to review all your ads in the adwords editor before uploading to ensure all went properly
