Spe3d P*PC is a great program, but extremely technical. It's available here somewhere. I like it because it lets you pare your adgroups down almost to the 1 kw per adgroup level which is nice. It makes tracking your campaigns to the kw level possible. Anything that makes writing kw specific ads faster is a good thing.

I use dynamic insertion in my campaigns, but I've found that out of say 1,000 keywords, I'll have at least 300 unique titles because of the way people's minds work dynamic insertion can only do so much. For example if the search term is: "Dog training" vs. "Training Dogs".

In the case of the first, the person may be looking for a qualified dog trainer to train their dog. In the second the person is probably looking for methods they can use to train their own dog.

Both might result in a sale, but it's going to be hard for a "simple" dynamically generated headline to stand out and capture attention, particularly if all your competition is doing the same thing.

Programs like this make manually writing headlines and custom body text, then spinning them into workable, individualized ads MUCH easier.

I think it's worth the learning curve personally.

Unfortunately as far as I know, no one shared 3ffici*ent PPC. I'd actually like to compare it myself.

    Shit.

    /smack self

I read it but didn't hover over the links or check his fucking post count. I'm half asleep still.

By the way, I'm so used to the spammers disappearing in a cloud of dust with mod footprints in their asses, I almost never think about them any more. Just wanted to publicly say thanks to you guys for that; it's nice to not even have to think about shit like that on a forum for a change.

Cheers, and looking forward to your next project,

P.S. Doctor made me switch from coffee to tea. I think I need a cup of the real stuff to get my ass awake. Shhhh. Don't tell anybody about my n00bness this morning. :)

Scuba - I had to show you some love w/ the thanks button, as not only were your thoughts on Speed PPC valuable to me, but I also missed that the original poster was spamming (I read the first sentence of the post and then moved to your answer). I need to try something, as my forays into PPC have been miserable failures. -e- -e-

It may be just me but I have noticed much sniffing going on these days.
I consider myself a newb, but there are so many two and three post sniffers me thinks.
I mean no harm to genuine students seeking wisdom as I am doing, but ....
thanks scuba for the informative reply.

Thanks. I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately (got a HUGE new project I'm working on and it's hard to stay down for long) so my focus is... questionable in the morning. :)

PPC is tough. The gurus make it sound so easy but it's ball busting work to do it well. I'm certainly no master. I spend probably 6-7 hours a day scouring the networks, looking for an offer, grinding my way through keyword research and competetive analysis. The good news is I learn a little more with each campaign and offer I research and I'm getting faster at it every time.

Let's face it, it's a job. But I'd rather do that than my real job any day of the week (which is why I usually don't get much work done at my real job!).

Stick with it. Don't try to cut corners. It's miserable, boring ass work some days, but oh man when you get a campaign that's profitable and you just keep hitting refresh on your stats and watching the cash roll in... what a feeling. I've literally never felt anything like it.

    That's why I keep trying. 8)(

Thanks for the luv. My heart was in it, but my head wasn't quite with me yet.

Never heard of efficient PPC - is it a comparable product to Speed ? One keyword per advert is essential if you get serious about PPC. Otherwise, you are flying blind, so to speak.

I think this post proves how much he loves SpeedPPC...he saw the name and immediately got so excited that he started singing its praises without even thinking. Could have happened to anyone, no need to defend yourself dude.
