Speak fluent English? Work fast? Come work with me!

Okay, so I will try and make this short. Basically, I need a partner that can write, post, and do it all efficiently but in a well-done manner. No, you will not be writing articles for me (that will be boring), but rather posting on many mediums as a way of SEO. Some of the things I am talking about are posting on forums, blogs, creating Web 2.0s etc. Basic Tier 1 stuff.

What will I do as part of the JV?
I will be taking care of the website (which is already done), the content (phew!), and a large part of the SEO. I say large part, but I really do mean large part! I am taking care of lots of Tier 1 links, as well as Tier 2 and Tier 3.

What do I need you for? I need someone to help me create quality Tier 1 links while I do all my other SEO. Basically you will help me create Tier 1 properties that I can build links to.

Don't know how to do SEO? Well, what I am asking is EASY. It requires no knowledge or experience in SEO, though having those wouldn't hurt. I just need you to speak good English and be able to type relatively quickly. I will teach you how to do what I need done EASY over Skype.

Status of the website: The website is more of a project thus far. I have been focusing on my other website that has been raking in my money. This one that we will work on, however, is not making any money and is not getting notable traffic. Let's just say this JV is for a brand new project, as I have not focused on it like I will be in the next few months with YOU.

What will the earnings be like, you ask? Well, to be honest I am not 100% sure as no one really knows until we get there. But all I know is my other Amazon Affiliate (the platform we will be using to monetize, btw) website has been earning $xxx-$xxxx a month.

What are your splits? Just for helping me do easy tasks, I will give you a 40% split. Keep in mind that I am taking in all the risk and most of the work. I would say I am doing probably 80% of the job (as you are only building some Tier 1 links) but I am willing to give 40%.

If, however, you do an excellent job and I see you are capable of bringing more to the table (closer to how much work I will be doing), I will give you 50%, especially good when the website is earning much more!

I'm interested. Honestly speaking, I think this doesn't involve huge work and I will still get 40% of the revenues. I get to learn certain things and work with a person who knows about SEO, even better. Let me know what you think.
