Why not simply DDOS ??? Keep their website down for multiple days and boom..
There were similar services on Deep web for google adwords comp killings.

it depends on the competitor's website. if it's weak then yes such packages can harm his SEO.
If the website is already strong and trusted by Google then you're just wasting time and money, the only one benefiting from it will be the Fiverr gig.

Not to mention if he does find out it came from you, then you could be liable for loss of business. Best way is just to challenge all his keywords legitimately and property make him pay through the nose for Seo or sink with his ship. Do it the white hat way

Is this kind of thread considered a revenge thread? Throwing out an idea, regardless of whether it has been discussed before and thrown down the toilet multiple times, for opinions?

I know I can; I choose not to as it does not violate any rules.

Had you been asking how to, can you hire someone, etc, it would have been deleted.

Asking opinions is OK although I think you are better than someone who would consider that kind of activity.

black hat is uncommon or looked down upon but it doesn't not make it illigal, negative Seo is just a whirl wind of criminal and civil problems. Black hat is ranking a site fast to earn cash and bailing after you made your money and the sites removed. Negative Seo is being held liable for damages and open to criminal acts against persons or a company.

How is making a company loose income and tarnish there ranking only backlinks?

Google it he can have to pay the loss of revenue and Ordered to remove all links.

Being out hundreds of thousands for a 40$ link blast? Do it the right way and they can't say anything. Beat all there keywords fairly.
