Yes, there are two tools I know of off the top of my head, I have both of them. There may be some others. The two I know of cost $150 each.
One will allow you to scrape tons of videos, and then post a comment on each video. The other does the same, but you can also gather say a list of 2000 videos, then go and subscribe to all of them. That may help you get some extra traffic off of the other videos. Not huge, but could increase your exposure.
