Spam Score Moz

Hey, 1 of my website is doing good with ranking and revenue. However, my spam score on Moz is 6/17. I have been ranking for these keywords for many months and some years. Is there a way I can fix the spam score or I shouldn't worry.

Don't care about the spam score. Its not relevant for Google at all. As you said you are ranking for some keywords many months/years, that is what counts.
