    If I understand your question correctly you want to use sita A to promote site A.

    I don't know a lot about backlinks but I do know you know even less about this topic, provided I understood your question correctly.

    Search for information on backlinks. :)

    okay but how this i have website with pagerank 3 and copy files from website 0 page rank so my seo first find me ?

    Again, this is not my field, but:

    If you copy paste from another website, you might get a problem with duplicate content. Not sure on this. There are sites that check articles for original content, that is why I hesitate. Could be unrelated though.

    What I do know is that after you put it on your own website, this should be considered new content, provided you don't get into a duplicates problem.
    After you have new content, just do the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and you should be ok and will be found by search engines.

    On a side note: I spelled out SEO because you used it wrong. Combining this with the original question I would think you need to read some of the guides provided here on BHW, no offense intended. :)
