spam my own forum with Xrumer : SEO purposes

i have some questions :

* Xrumer post only message or it can post new thread also ? (im not sure )

* I never create a forum do you think it's good idea to setup a niche forum

and spam it with xrumer for SEO building ?

Yeah it's ok, but if you only want to build content in your own forum you should check out forum generator

Forumgen only works on phpBB but xrumer will work on any of the big three and more.
