    Hello

I plan to spam Facebook crazy very soon, but I have heard people receive C&D letters for spamming Facebook. What can I do to stay hidden? I will be hosting my Landing page on a offshore server with a fake CC. but the i-frame link to the offer is still visible and it can be used to find me. Is there anyway to hide that? Please suggest what I can do to stay hidden.

    Best Regards!

From what I understand and how im reading it, I dont think they would come after the offer or the iframe link because anyone could iframe anything into facebook.

Facebook can always find me by contacting the aff company. Is there anyway to hide that?

I think I did not explain this clearly.

I will be i-framing the offer in my own custom landing page. If they check the html they can see the url which the i-frame is linking to. Is there anyway to cloak(hide) that? If they see that link they can contact the aff company and the aff company will give them my contact info.

Make a domain redirect.. Buy a .to domain name under a fake name and just make a redirect to your offer..

Wow, that is the stupidest suggestion I've ever heard. They can easily just click on your link, be redirected, and get your aff link.

It's impossible to hide your affiliate id. End of story.

EDIT: The only viable solution I can think of is GodCPA. You will probably get banned/terminated from the network anyway, but there is no way in hell they can find out your affiliate id.

i would say joint venture with someone that lives in a country where the have no laws towards can spam act that would be your best bet..because thats how they are catching people through cpa accounts if they follow through and ask cpa network for your name they will get a guy that lives in what ever country and they cant do anything about it

In the end.. CPA company can allways check their statistics with offers which were entered and find the necessary entry.

You should cover your covers differently.
Open a company, or even better, open an offshore company, which would protect your personal identity.

sorry for bumping old thread, but i have similar question.

I'm not worried about C&D letters or lawsuits. Only affraid to be banned from CPA network. And i'm looking for good/best method for hiding my aff.link couse i'm going to spam a lot of forums.

I'm thinking about iframing cpa offer on my website, maybe iframing just 1st page of submit form... Wiil this work? Going to try some multi-page form leads, like insurance or educaition.

    thanks in advance

DISCLAIMER: Nothing described below is illegal UNLESS YOU DO NOT PAY TAXES! ALWAYS PAY TAXES!

You can use as many proxies as you want, you can hide behind a dedicated server or a VPS, you can chain multiple VPNs, you can purchase offshore hosting with a VCC, etc., etc.

IT DOES NOT MATTER. FB follows the money trail, AKA the payment information you provide to the CPA network(s) that you are promoting. I know people who have received Cease and Desist letters from FB, and trust me, they do not waste their time with any other BS, they simply follow the money trail. Why? This is not only the easiest route, it is the cheapest. Microsoft and other major corporations do the SAME THING...they follow the money trail, period.

If you truly want to be 100% anonymous you need to get setup with a VIRTUAL offshore bank account. I stress VIRTUAL because it would be stupid if you setup your own offshore corporation/bank account because somewhere a long the lines your name would have to be tied to the offshore corporation and the offshore bank account. I would hope you would be planning on paying taxes, because if you were not planning on doing so, you might as well be spamming FB with your real information rather than evading taxes (which is fed time). My point is, if you have your own offshore corporation/bank account setup in YOUR OWN name, when you go to pay taxes, you are no longer anonymous. In fact, as soon as you setup an offshore corporation/bank account, you are immediately required by law to notify the IRS. Then, you immediately lose your anonymity. You could still open something offshore on your own without having your name tied to anything by opening an offshore TRUST account, but you better be ready to do some SERIOUS research and have AT LEAST $100,000 as a minimum deposit. However, if you find yourself a reliable VIRTUAL offshore bank account, everything is in THEIR name and the only thing that connects you to them are the wires that will be sent to YOUR real bank account (which you can file taxes on for services performed, internet marketing/advertising, software development, etc.). My suggestion is that you setup your own LLC that specializes in these fields so it will not look out of the ordinary. Now, if this virtual offshore company is in a foreign country with no spam laws, they ARE NOT going to give up your information. Anyone that tries to get your information will simply be chasing a ghost; it does not matter how big the company/corporation is. It does not even matter if it is the feds in most cases because I am speaking of countries that do not have any laws against spam or even hold any treaties with the USA for that matter. Trust me, I KNOW ALL ABOUT THIS.

You would then do everything off of a dedicated server or a VPS that you connect to with certain types of proxies that DO NOT keep logs via a program such as SocksCap or WideCap. You would conduct ALL of your business off of this server/VPS (I recommend a dedicated server). You would not only conduct your promotions off of the server/VPS, but also signing up with your CPAs, talking to them on messenger(s), E-mails, EVERYTHING. You would also need to purchase a no-name/prepaid cell phone (make sure you pay in cash).

There is much more to it than this, but I just laid out what came off of the top of my head. Just for your information, a setup such as the one I described above is NOT cheap, nor easy to setup. However, once you DO have it setup, it can be a breeze.

Lastly, if you manage to get all of this setup successfully, getting into a reputable CPA network with offshore information is not going to be the easiest thing you have ever done, but trust me, it IS possible.

With all due respect, I cannot help anyone get setup as I have outlined above. I am not trying to imply that you were going to ask for my help, but I have given very good information, so please search it out on your own. Google is all you need (and a lot of money, and patience).

Furthermore, I seriously do not think you need to worry about a setup like this unless you are using phished accounts or if you have already received a Cease and Desist letter from FB.

    I hope this helped!

    Cheers!

To be truly anonymous you will need to have anonymous CPA accounts, and hosting, domains, servers, access everything using proxies, etc.

Setting up an anonymous offshore corp is expensive. If you want help with this and can send at least four figures per day of traffic send me a PM and I can sort you out with a much better alternative.

IMHO whatever moneyman said is 100% correct and I agree to him, if you really need to setup a real ANONYMOUS Facebook campaign, you gotta follow all that.

However being marketing on FB for quite some time and making a respectable income there I would suggest you some tips.

    1. Always have your traffic distributed to 2 or 3 networks. So that if one network fucks you up due to FB troubling them you dont loose much.
    2. Have your profile collection sets managed in a way that you promote X offers in Y set of profiles. Dont mix them up. Reason being if ever in future you get C n D letters on some profiles, you can move the other profiles to your completely anonymous setup and save them.
    3. The best advice would be to stay under radar and do multiple things and if possible stay away from phishing accounts :D
