few months back they had law suit against epic games .
Epic games wanted to reduce fees that dev have to pay over IAP to Apple.This is way more than what you pay on play store.

Are they back at it again? They did this already a few years ago and needed to pay $600M+ in settlements in the US.
Don't be so sure about that. There was a similar case just a country away in France in 2017, which Apple lost and needed to pay 25M EUR.
