sort proxies by country

Hi there.

I'm a new member. It's been down ("website not found") for a couple of days now.

Does anyone know what happened to the IPMaster.org website?

Does anyone know what I can use to sort a list of proxies by country to end up with just a list of the proxies from the country of my choice?

I would like to enter a list of proxies that would be sorted through and the remaining proxies would be just U.S. proxies, the ip, port without the "US" text included in that list.

I'm a little bit familiar with Charon but I don't think it will do this, and it takes forever to check the proxies. Plus, I already can check the proxies, I only want something to sort out U.S. proxies for me.

I've researched the forums (the best I could find my way around) and haven't found anything pertaining to just this subject.

I'm trying to figure out how this forum works at the same time as having a major nightmare trying to get this application to open. Please pardon me if I end up replying in the wrong spot.

Sorry about the delay in my reply, I downloaded the link and it required installing NET FRAMEWORK V.2.0, and it also required uninstalling other versions of .net framework.

The .net must have gotten corrupted because I still can't get the application to open. I've lost functionality of a script of mine also.

I had to reboot and all that to "fix" the .net installation but the application still won't open.

It downloads but doesn't give option to open on the download page. I click to open from the desktop icon and it gives the option to "open with Firefox" and if I click to open (with Firefox) it opens an empty tab.

Am I not doing something right?

P.S. On top of it I've got some message that I have a private message, then couldn't get past it to submit this reply, had to accept (OK) and then it couldn't open in another tab, blah, blah, blah....oh, me....

Do you have a download link for this proramme? I only see this: "heres how it works, download programme here", but then there's nothing after it.

I wouldn't mind at all if you could host your copy. I think you mean I'd use your copy right? I could always scan it from my end. I have a good virus scanner. I always scan everything before I use it.

P.S. Are you from England by any chance. I am myself. I've been living in the U.S. for a while now. It's got it's good and its bad, just like back home. All of my family is back home though and I miss them a lot sometimes. High cell phone charges all the time, blah!

heres how it works, download programme here

open programme - select tab [IP COUNTRY]

goto bottom of th programme press the [SEL] button and u will get a list
of continents which allow u to add countrys y wish to remove to save from
a list

select the countrys u wanna save by adding a tick in each box and press ok.

then click import to load your list - then click go the proxies of the countries u
selected will appear in the boxes on the right, all u do is copy and paste them
to a text file

Is there some way to get the final list filtered so it doesn't include "#UNITED STATES" attached to the end of each proxy?

I got all this very easily. Thanks for the eloquent step by step instructions.

wish there was a way to use a program like this to find proxies by usa state as well any ideas on how to do this?

I've been trying to correct whatever happened to my whole system. I finally had to do a system restore. I had just installed Firefox 3 as I posted in here the first time, and all hell brock loose after that for some reason.

The information you've so kindly provided, for me as well as the other person you replied to, is truely everything I've been looking for for so long.

If there's anything I can help you with please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm pretty good at internet security type issues, IPs, ISPs, and many things along those lines. You seem to be quite on top of these things as well though.

It's a pretty cool forum/site, this. I'm hoping to become a serious member, even if it's just helping other members out here and there.

I don't want to only get great information and things, I'd like to be able to contribute, and offer any help or advice I can as well.

now lets say u just saved a list of usa only proxies from proxiefire into
a text file, u then open the programme fpl click the icon that looks like
a spy glass [ test proxies with bleach ] your not going to because the
tester sucks but it will remove thoes extras after the ports...

ok u clicked the spy glass u click browse to load in your proxies
click removed duplicates - dont click test - click view results
then click unique proxies there is your list sorted with the crap
removed, copy paste to text file and test in your usual tester...

trust me when u get the hang of it u can load a list in proxyfire
save the coutry - toss it in fpl to remove the crap and resave
in a matter of monets not even a minute...

after that i usualy test in charon with custom judges

ps my version of proxyfire is fully unlocked
key activation removed by the programme maker
for advertising the tool when it first came out in 07

Sorry again for such a delay in replying. I just spent the last couple of days cleaning out whatever my computer picked up last time I was here.

Like a fool I went and downloaded the link posted above: (hxxp//www.anonymousproxyserverlists...edownload.html), which required also downloading one of the .NET Frameworks (I believe one of the version 3), and all hell broke loose on my system.

Something installed a trojan on my system and corrupted all my .NET Framework files. More than a pain.

I was right on top of all the information you supplied when this happened. I uninstalled everything I had installed as well as having to unistall all of my .NET Framework files and re-install them (too many steps to take, in exact order, for this to work correctly).

So now I have to start over and go through all the information you supplied and set it all up again. I have to catch up on all my work I got behind on first though.

Anyway, proxy_go, mate. So you have a proxy site? Wow! Yes indeed there is more I need. Do you offer membership or something? I've been looking for what seems like ages for a good proxy supplier.

How can I become a member or whatever I need to do. I'll also send a private message if this forum has that and allows it. It might be a while though, I'm trying to do several things at the same time here.

I'd be interested in either logging in or however members receive them, to get updated lists of good, working open, elite U.S. proxies in text, port format like the example below.
