I thought 7500 is the max?
Whats going on? It's only on this account
7500 is the max. You have sent 7500-6400 follow requests to private users which haven't replied to your request yet, which counts towards the number of followings.
Yes, You have 900 private users which havent responded to your request yet. I dont know how to resolve this or if there is a way other than wait. If they are dead accounts then i think your limit will never be back to 7500.
I don't follow private users myself, but if you're using FollowLiker I believe it has the ability to cancel the requests.
Guys can you explain this. Yesterday I saw Instagram profile having 16000+ following NOT followers. How is this possible.
They had an Instagram account that was already past the limit when the limitation was placed. Therefore, as long as they don't go under the limitation, they can continue to follow.
Hopefully they fix it in the future.
So you could maybe see your pending requests, like on facebook.
You might have sent requests to about 1100 persons, who didn't accept your request as yet,so this count toward the following number.
maybe try this, lets say you had this block on jun 12, and your limit is 6500, then until next month dont follow no more than 6500 and it should be fixed but dont follow up to that until this date has come, in the past it used to work for me and seems to stay the same, I dont know if they change it but maybe it is the same way.
man, what are you talking about?... the question is already solved, he followed private users, that's why he's meeting a limit at 6500
for me in the past if i waited a month this limit was lifted for me as more private users approve me over time and the 7500 following was back to normal if I dont refollow up to 6500 many times in a row.
