Have been getting this message when I come on to BHW using my normal broadband connection. I believe it is a shared connection. Unable to access even though my account is not banned. What can I do about this?

PM an administrator to unban it or change your IP.

there must be a reason why they banned it, ask that too, so that it doesnt happen it again.

Yes PM Admins or Mods and ask assistance. Probably, someone who is a BHW member who got banned and you're using the same ISP. Just clear it with Admins.

This happened to me the other day when I tried to log on at work. Came back afew hours later and it worked fine.

I think this is an error that sometimes occurs in the site, not on your end...other users have had this issue before. You can always PM a mod and ask though, or maybe one will post here. How long have you been getting the error for ?
