Hello everyone,

My wife has recently lost access to her Facebook account. She has a professional mode account and recently broke 10k followers as well as receiving a performance bonus.

Shortly after receiving the notification of the bonus, she lost access. Whenever she attempts to sign in it will show a screen stating “Sorry, something went wrong. We are working on it and we’ll get it fixed as soon as possible.”

We have tried multiple troubles shooting steps to no avail: Attempted login on multiple devices (2 laptops, multiple mobile devices) Cleared cache and cookies on separate devices used to login. Ensured that it wasn’t an IP address block. Verified ID just to receive a login code that didn’t work. Attempted using backup code as password for login.

She hasn’t received any emails regarding her account being banned or removed from Facebook either.

Does anybody know of any type of support channel to reach out to regarding this?

This account means the world to her and I would truly appreciate any and all help with this issue.

Thank you!

I think the only way is to use your account to contact FB support for assistance regarding your wife's account issue.

Did you log on or use the same info for your facebook agency accounts on the same pc? (since its your username) you might have cross-pollinated the data. Other than that, try a different browser, with the same details, and if that doesn't work, then only support is the best bet.

Man, you're saying your wife has a problem and you're Facebook Agency? lol Anyway man
Clean the cookies and Try to log in from a different IP or Internet Connection.
Also, you can try from another device on the same internet connection/Proxy/VPN/etc

It seems that the problem arises because that profile holds too many advertising accounts,

Are you sure the link she clicked on was legitimate? With the timing of the account not being accessible, it's possible she clicked on a phishing link?

I think this is probably some error on Facebook. I hope you will update the situation soon

I think she accidentally clicked on the hacker's links, causing her FB account to be stolen. Or maybe FB is updating new features so the FB account cannot log in

Is the status positive now guys? I think it's related to browser count, do you manage multiple advertising accounts, that will also partly affect
