For all the newbs out there - my thread about the CPA Offline method was moved into Jr VIP due to to many people blatently ignoring my request to make sure you read the thread or research on your own for answers to very basic questions.
I gave many chances, but it looks like it's too late. So for those that are looking for the thread, it's in Jr VIP. I tried to help, and was clear about all the PMs and questions in the thread, but nobody really listened.
