If you copy a link offer and go to another network to advertise this offer, that is co registration.

um to me, it sounds more like your talking about brokering offers not sure you know what your saying....here is a quick definition, its data or emails that you can buy and so can others. All of the buyers can email to the list, the emails are opted in to the coreg list(im bad at explaining, read this):

In e-mail terminology, co-registration refers to arrangements between companies to collect user information. Usually this would be a separate check-box on a Web signup form where the user can opt-in to receive messages from a third-party. For example, a magazine running a contest may include a checkbox for registrants to accept e-mail future announcements from them, and also from the prize sponsor of the contest. Co-registration usually adds the subscriber, provided they check the boxes to give permission, to two or more opt-in mailing lists

As far as I understand, you need to complete a cpa offer in order to register to some site. That's some kind of incentive...

    ok guyz
here is the ans in simple language or in my own words
coreg is specially for the membership sites
while you register on any site
at the end of the signup page u will find some checkboxes
    like
I agree to terms and conditions
I would like to get newsletters by xyz company
I would like to get spammed by xyz dating site also

    so basically
    when u click that checkbox
its called coreg and full form is Co-Registration
and the form that u submit that info is sent to that particular coreg cpa offer to spam ur inbox

    I hope thats pretty clear
any ques please ask or I can show this with few examples also

if you are looking for some coreg cpa offers then maxbounty has recently added some decent offers
I think you should check them out

its not about incentive at all. You are co-registering. In simple terms its when you register for more than one thing at a time...
