    Hey guys,

Thanks for taking the time to review my post.

    a little bit of background.

i have a sport(team) fan page on Facebook with over 16k fans. The amount of fans might not be a lot but i reach/interaction on the page is better than most pages with 100k or more. I avg about 200% reach and the highest over 500k reach.

Anyways, i finally decided to start my own website and direct some traffic to the website. i have some website building experiences from past project but little amount of SEO experiences.

I posted my first direct LINK to my new website this morning on my Facebook page. i was worried about the lack of reach due to the outside link post vs Facebook photo/videos. To my surprise, likes were coming in very fast, 100...200..300..and reach was well over 20k after just an hour, so much traffic was directed to my website and my website crashed. I called my host and upgraded to a professional plan(which was somehow cheaper)....so with my website being down for 3 hours, my final reach out of 10 mins ago was
    74,388 with over 1800 likes/comments and 838shares and 6300 post links.

anyhow, i have attached the result from my google absence to the post.

my earning was $16.28 with 149 clicks and page RPM of $2.30 and impression RPM of $1.11

question, is this is good result based on the number of the pages views and impressions?

please keep in mind, 90% of traffic are US based, mostly in california.

I have about 3-4 Adsense ads on the page and no other ads. Screen Shot 2016-02-11 at 7.34.21 PM.png Screen Shot 2016-02-11 at 7.33.57 PM.jpg
is this model a sustainable model to earn monthly income?

Any recommendations to increase my clicks or RPM?

3400 clicks to your website and 149 clicks to ads? That is good to be honest.

If you can replicate this daily that is something. But I am willing to bet you can make more with content locking or Amazon dependent on the specifics of your niche.

Content locking is where users need to make a specific action to be able to view your website. Some use it for social sharing, others is filling out a survey to read your page. It can be used if your site has great content and you readers want to read it.

And yes, I was referring to Amazon Associates.

Excellent work! That's very impressive. I don't know if I would recommend changing very much. You're still growing and testing the waters so shifting to content locking or amazon may be pre-mature. Yet, it may not be. If you do decide to make a change, I suggest going to the journey section here on BHW and looking up a thread where the user is doing Social Media with CPAlead. Specifically, he is focused on facebook marketing like yourself and if you're considering content locking, he is working with one network in particular that seems to be the strongest solution for fb work.

I'll be interested to see where this goes
