    Hi guys,

I used to make MNS's by the hundreds but big bad google decided I didn't deserve to make money that way. Then I switched to making bigger niche sites and monetising mainly with adsense, but again google decided to ban me and completely destroyed my income.

Obviously I have had enough with theF├╝hrergoogle and their algorithm updates, and have decided to put into practice what I have been planning on doing for a while. People always say the big money is in launching products and building a list, so that's what I'm going to do.

This might be a bit of a read, but laying everything out here will keep me focused.

    The Products

To start with I am going to make between 2-5 products in the IM niche. I have a couple of good ideas for products that will make some decent money, and will essentially be "split testing" (not really split testing but oh well) different product types.

At the moment I am planning on making:

.Two quick and cheap "$$$$$$$$ $12846.73 in 3 days 17 minutes and 43 seconds $$$$$$$" products which will largely act as a churn + burn list builder where I will promote my other products and random affiliate offers after that.

.One cheap product which I think might actually be quite good, but I can't think of a good way to charge a lot of money with this one to be honest.

.Related to the above will a more expensive course (no audio/video, but I have some ideas) that will be sold as an OTO with the above product. This might actually be 3 seperate smaller products sold seperately usually, but put together in a bundle for the OTO, but I'm not entirely sure yet.

    The Lists

I will have seperate lists and different email marketing techniques for each of the above, and one or two extra lists for other stuff:

.The cheap products will go to a list where I at first have nice, well written promotions for the other better products I've made. If they don't buy those then it's churn and burn time with affiliate offers every day.

.The cheaper product list will at first give good content and try to sell the more expensive product, and then if that fails I will offer freebies and affiliate offers (more useful and less spammy than the previous list seeing as this product will be associated with my more expensive ones, and I don't want to get a bad reputation).

.The expensive product list will have high quality follow up emails, once or twce a week (maybe a week long email course to start with etc). I will actually try and build a relationship with this list.

.Each of the products will have youtube videos, review sites that I will rank with my niche ranking site knowledge, link building, blah blah blah. These might also have general hostgator ads etc aswell depending on various things.

.One of the products will be promotable via craigslist and similar sites, I might outsource this.

.Signatures on money making forums, again this might be outsourced somewhat.

.I might experiment with solo ads depending on conversion rates and how much money I have. I will only spend a significant amount of money on paid traffic after I have split tested and got my conversions as high as possible.

    Final Unrelated List

The final traffic source will be another list that will be follow the usual squeeze page -> sales funnel formula. I will build this list with blog posts, forum posts, signatures, and plenty of other free traffic sources. I will also build this list with solo ads, and this list will kind of be standalone and unrelated to the products I'm creating. I will monetise it in the usual way email lists are.

Long term I hope this list will make money by selling solo ads and affiliate offers.

    What I'm Dreading

Making sales pages: I'll try my best as I can't really afford to outsource the copywriting. With the bigger product I can kind of look at other peoples sales pages for similar products and tweak them / make them unique, but for the smaller product I'm going to have to just go for it solo. I've seen plenty of sales pages in my time, and I have a couple of weeks to read up on basic copywriting.

    The Schedule

OK, all that's left to say is that I will be launching within a month without fail. You probably see alot of threads here that people do not maintain or work on etc, but I am the type of person to follow through with what I say. I have made plenty of money online before through hard work and a lot of failed attempts, and have learned the most important lesson which is that you just have to DO something rather than sitting around waiting for someone to release a magic pdf that makes money for you.

    Rough schedule:

    Week 1

Days 1-3: Researching some things to do with my products, thinking about pricing etc. Hopefully make a start on product creation (I will start making one of the products on day 1 as I have already done all the reasearch I need).

Days 4-7: Start learning basic copywriting. Product creation WILL start on the 4th day if it hasn't already.

    Week 2

    .Finish making all products.

.Start on making some of the promotional stuff like the freebies for lists, youtube vids etc which I might outsource to some extent.

    Week 3

.Write sales letters for my products.

.Make list follow up emails and set up all hosting acounts/responder accounts etc.

    Week 4

Bits and bobs, anything left undone will be finished.

    That's all folks.

Oh, and don't ask what specific niches I'm building products in :p They are in the Make Money Online / Internet Marketing niches, but I'm not being more specific than that just now.

Day 1 - So far so good!

Not very many at the moment, they all escaped. Thanks for the support :)

Fortunately a fresh supply of monkeys is released onto the internet every day. I just need to be the one that catches them. Thanks for the support :)

    Okay now down to business...

I'm posting this earlier than I will normally (life decided to get in the way of things and I had to pull an all nighter to stay on schedule with my journey). Usually I will update at around 21:00 GMT.

    Cheapish product:

.I started creating my cheaper product. I was surprised at how much work I got done to be honest. I created a quick plan of what will be in the product and where, and then forced myself to keep writing without stopping to edit or correct mistakes (learned this from a copywriting thing I read last night). I managed to crank out a decent amount of the product. I'm dead pleased with how this is going so far, this one will definitely be done by the end of the week :)

.I also thought of a cool way to monetise this. It might take some effort, I'm putting my own little twist on things I am noticing other marketers doing.

    More expensive product:

.Spent a couple of hours looking around at similar products, seeing how they were priced and what freebies/OTO's they came with. I need to do more of this tomorrow I think, there is quite a bit to take in.

    Squeeze Page/List:

.This isn't scheduled to be made for another week or two but I thought of a cool idea for generating traffic to the squeeze page. I wrote it down so that I won't forget. The question is, do I make this method a part of a product or keep it to myself for now (I assume people are already doing it but I haven't read it in any products so maybe not).

    That's all folks.

    Days 2 and 3

Okay, so my internet dying has prevented me from updating, but I'm still going strong. I've not really got much to say, and won't until I start launching I guess.

Anyway, my first little product is almost done. I still need to make it look pretty, but most of the content is written and I just need jiggle things around a bit. I guess I also need to sort out a cover, and will get right on that.

My second, bigger product is.... still in the research stage. I'd rather spend some time getting things right and getting the layout of my product perfect, rather than jumping in and messing things up.

I had some really good ideas for my squeeze page -> list thingy aswell. Having fun and actually enjoying this.

If I don't update this for a couple of days it's because my internet is knackered, not because I've quit. Now that I think about it I might need to find somewhere with a decent internet connection to upload videos just in case my internet doesn't sort itself out.
