They just changed their algorithm so a lot of people are experiencing this (including me
Youtube suggested videos is still, by far, the largest percentage of our video traffic. No decrease in recent days either.
I would wait a few more days, see if the line on your graph goes back up, might be temporary.
your views are beautiful
Kicking ass and taking names I see.. Nice work with those views.
OP, the few days of the low suggested views on that chart is hardly conclusive. In the past you have had similar blips in the chart. I would guess it pops back up at least a bit more soon. I have very similar looking graphs on my channel, however after just taking a closer look, my suggested video views have gone through the roof over the past few days.
It seems like a lot of people are confused on how suggested videos work.
Basically, YouTube will suggest newest popular videos but at the same time it will weigh the watch time of users that clicked the video. That's what the stats is all about on the analytics, you can see how long is the watch time of the users that watched your videos from the suggested column. And if you have more watch time compared to the other related videos, YouTube will show your videos more.
YouTube is not all about ranking on search. If your videos stopped showing on the suggested column that means there are new and/or more WORTH watching than your videos.
Let's put it this way, if I had a bad experience about a certain restaurant do you think I will suggest it to my friends?
Here's an example (I included the word "video" on this screenshot to prove that this stats came from a single video, not a channel):
I did not bought views, shares, likes or anything BH related on this one.
