Hi. I am interested to pay someone for a little tweak on the login of IPB. I want from you to remove the md5 hash of the IPB, because I want to learn the password of one my friend with whom we have made a bet :).

MD5 is one way hash method, removing MD5 from your friend password is like removing your friend password. Later on your friend won't be able to log in again, even for blank password.
Be careful.
 
So I do not found anyone to do the job yet, so i decide to give more information. I will pay you 10$ if you can do it, but first you should install ipb on your hosting, give me the link I will register and you should tell me what password i have used, so I will be sure that you know how to avoid md5 crypting

is your friend has been register in the forum? if yes, after the md5 remover your friend can't login because the password will never match with the db, although the password he/his type is true, so the only solution for it only do a password brute force.
