They are charging $250 for 50k small businesses in my area with emails, there are 300k small businesses in my area. Do you think its worth it? or would it be cheaper to get the full list of 300k from a different seller? Maybe someone not on fiverr? Maybe someone who is proficient enough to use proxies and not pay for API useage? or would this be hard to find? No one on fiverr seems to be skilled enough to know how to use proxies with a custom scraper. Hmm, help? Thoughts?

This is easy buddy.
Ask for a sample list of like 100-500-1000 emails. Pay them a couple of dollars if you have to. Do what you will do with that list that you will with 50k list and validate the list.

If the list is legit then its absolutely worth it.
But I'd verify first and make sure its not total garbage.

if the current offer of $250 for 50,000 businesses is significantly more expensive than alternative offers so it might be worth exploring other sellers or custom solutions.

Thank you and thanks everyone.

That is too cheap a price for so much data. Get a sample and validate the emails to see if the list is current enough to be used.
