Unsolicited? Then it's a scam. Demand personal information before moving forward.

Use common sense. Investigate the 'buyer', find out more about who they are and what they want the page for. Does the offer seem to high?

Maybe use bitcoins or some other currency that can't be disputed.

doesn't matter if its scam or not, take the money first , take them cash , then send the pages, easy rules... why do u have to ask?

Just find out as much information as possible about the "buyer" also $7000 is not a bad amount , how many active users on your page?

Yes, dispute on paypal can be open also for "gift payment".... but because you dont know it, I am sure also that you never received this big amount of money on your paypal.... so stay sure that paypal will block your account to check your idendity etc.

I think such proposals on the principle of Nigerian emails.
Promise to pay you a lot of money, but, supposedly, to get them you have to pay a fee, taxes, lawyers, etc.

Depends, how big is your page?

And I would make "her" go first or use a platform that protects you so you at least get something if its a scam

If "she" has that amount of money to pay for a FB page, make her take a plane and give you the cash in person
