    Most your errors are trivial stuff using <br> for breaks instead of <br /> and & instead of & and other minor things. Also your using Flash which naturally doesn't validate, so just switch it to the "Flash Satay" method.

    Even if your markup was simply "validated" it would still be horrible code, it needs fully rewriting for instance:

    Code:
    <div style="padding:8px;font-size:8pt;margin-left:auto;margin-right:auto;width:400px;">

    Pack all the garbage in a stylesheet and simply have:

    Code:
    <div class="footer">
    Basically mate i wouldn't bother validating what you have there, i'd fix your URL's, Content, On-page SEO etc first.

    Yeah, they're mostly minor errors but with multiple occurrences, so it looks worse than it is. Sometimes fixing one error will clear a few others too.

    I actually prefer totalvalidator.com to the W3C validator. That reports the errors in a HTML source view and highlights the tag/text that caused the error (so you know what needs fixing), plus the error messages are easier to figure out than at W3C IMO.

    They also have a desktop (Java) version for download, and a Firefox extension which shows in the status bar for easy one-click validation of the page you're currently viewing.
