I had some people contact me last time, but accidently emptied my PM box; so sorry if I didn't get back to you.

I have a website that ranks for 5 keywords (city keywords). It is a dentist related site. So for example it ranks for:

1) city dentist
2) dentist city
3) dentist in city
4) city dental
5) dentistry city

In total, there are about 850 EXACT searches for the keywords a month. I rank on the first page for 4 of the 5 keywords.

I've had this website sitting around and haven't profitted from it at all yet. Why? I have a fear of cold calling, or better said, I suck at it.

I have the phone numbers of 110 dentists in my city. My plan is to rent out the site (with a 302 redirect) to a dentist.

If you think you can close the deal with one of the dentists, get in touch with me.

How many unique visitors are you getting?

My site has only been on the first page for the keywords for about a month. In that month, I received 600 unique visitors.

I could probably sell that within an hour. Would set a conference call so you could
listen in and learn how to do it yourself.

Still looking for someone.

Will pay 40% of 1st months sale price to whoever can get this rented out.

Wow, I have this exact same situation. I rank on the first page for a local dentist related website. Looking to find someone to call for me to sell. This is identical to me in every way - wow.

I hired someone yesterday to do this and have my fingers crossed. If it does work out, I'll PM you his info, otherwise, I'd love a referral from you if you find someone.

Cheers

Let me know how it goes with him.

I'll keep you updated on what I end up doing.

Have you thought about just sending out a dozen emails with a pitch to see where that goes? I've found email is a nice ice breaker for me, and a lot easier for me to do than cold call.

this is an interesting dillema and someone really needs to create a solution.
I am in the process of setting up a mini call centre setting and would potentially look to a type of solution that could be a JV
