    Well, it`s a lie.
Look here -> http://prntscr.com/lrcmv5 (mega slow and low settings)
Same as here -> http://prntscr.com/lrcnmi (mega slow and low settings)
6-8 users per ip from airsocks, account after warm up.
This is their mobile shared ips, kinda crap.

    **Never buy mobile shared ips**
Buy one privet dedicated mobile ips for any god dam price.

    These aren't mobile proxies!

    - 37.203.246.52 belongs to Dataplanet, dapl.ru, IG detects this IP as a DataCenter IP
    - 158.255.3.44 belongs to Mir Telematiki Ltd, hostkey.com, IG detects this IP as a DataCenter IP
    - 91.218.246.52 same as above

All IP's are DataCenter ones and not used by a mobile carrier.

Not necessarily. There's only one way to find out:
Add one of these proxies to your browser and check outgoing IP with a proxy site like: whatismyipaddress.com/proxy-check

If IP differs, they aren't scammers. Proxy vendors use often the backconnect method. Customers get a dedicated IP which is always the same but technically the IP changes sometimes in the background. The benefit is, that the customers don't need to change anything when IP got updated.

Those proxies will be changing IPs. This will be throwing massive flags for Instagram. Don't buy backconnect for Instagram

most probably they are over selling or your ip rotated to a ip that has already done lot of actions by previous users. instagram is good at detecting ip pools that do similar action or botting.

mobile proxies do have blocks but just less than other proxies as mobile are the best for follow/likes
