someone know a software that can create these types of images?

    A cheaper alternative is http://www.gimp.org/ does pretty much the same things as Photoshop but its free.

    Both programs take some time to figure out. Im very good with both of them and it would probably take me 15-20 minutes to duplicate that image. Keep in mind this is with 1000 hours experience with the program.

    This should help you out greatly! Once you figure out layers lol its not easy if youve never used it

    um yea well im not a photoshop expert and thought there was a software alternative

    i can second the GIMP suggestion
    i learned how to do image manipulation stuff with photoshop, and imo for most intents and purposes gimp is just as good, AND its free
    if you dont know how to use photoshop, its not terribly hard to learn, especially with the volumes of tutorials out there, but like all things takes practice.
