I manage several rental properties in my city and I advertise them on craigslist daily. Lately there has been some guy posting negative things about me everyday in the apartments for rent section and it is effective my business so I would flag his post as miscategorized or spam and they would get removed. Now the guy is flagging all of my posts and they are getting removed. Is there anything I can do so my ads don't get removed when he flags my posts. Any solutions would be appreciated.

Not too much to about it. You can remove his posts that slamming you. but you cannot stop him flagging you. The only way to win that is post more ads, and the flagger get tired. More posting is your solution. Make sure also that you ads are not going ghosted. Use different IPs titles, url images etc etc.

You can hide the flag button for IE users, this may throw him or may not. The method is posted here somewhere if you use search.

Sounds a bit like we have two black hatters in competition on CL. Why dont you come to an agreement to leave each other's ads alone and leave each other alone?

I would send the guy an email if you can find out who it is. A nice, mature request, not a WTF D*head, which would be my first reaction. Also, have a look on the CL boards for your closest competition's ads, and see if the same thing is happening there. If it is, (over a period of a couple of days to a week of observing), send them an email saying you noticed that you are both having the same trouble and want to know how they are handling it and if they want to combine forces. If they are not having the same issues, send them a letter of introduction telling them that you are having problems, and you don't also want it to happen to them, and do they have any recommendations other than the tracking programs you have in place now...blah blah. This may actually stop the problem if it's a competitior, but it's doubtful. Is this posting area a paid-for service? If it is, contact CS and tell them to review the files and get a solution. Consider completely re-vamping your ads and placement and methods. Keep the same ones up that are getting removed--use them as decoys--and write new ads and submit them so they are completely different than the old ones and look like a different company. You may just have a disgruntled tenant that will get bored and move on. See what happens there. If nothing works, write a series of ads for a third, different decoy company and submit them and see what happens. Good luck. This doesn't sound like BH-er's having a pissing contest to me, since the OP is promoting a B&M business from the sounds of it.

here is what you need to do.
You need to go to PAINT software in your computer and make a small picture and type your contact information and after saving it, use it as a picture in your ads.
Whoever that asshole is, is searching your ads and bringing them up and flagging them at the same time.
Do not use anything similar in the your ads, All ads must be unique so he can not search for those numbers or words.
    Good luck
