i can take them down for you with back track rc6... sending ddos attacks and flood and if you are lucky and the website`s protection is low, i can hack them with mysql injection and delete the entire website content and the database.

If you want to do this kind of things...contact me on skype: iamking.bhw

That's my kind of man there Xrumer takes them off of Google, The man above can remove his hosting account or deface his site! We got some Blackhat gangsters around here! Time to form a group.

Internet Gangsters of Blackhat! Hey Back Track is Kali now, I still prefer Back Track.

Did you create the website using your own custom design or did you use a template? If you're using a website that you designed (or if they copied your content as well), you could try threatening them with legal action or reporting them to their web host since this is essentially copyright infringement. You could also do a DMCA Takedown if you have the money for it.

You can request DMCA Take Down but if he's hosting with an offshore company like us, then your DMCA request won't help. You have few things to do. Kindly ask him to remove it or DDoS him :p

I wouldn't worry about it too much, there are tons and tons of exact copies of my sites. Yet my sites rank fine, because they were first and are original. Just look at BHW, tons of copies of it, still does fine.

Wasting your time doing illegal tactics such as DDOS'ing will likely not work. Are you going to run a 24/7/365 ddos on him? Better hope he doesn't retaliate. Don't sweat it, your content was there before his, it's not worth the possible headaches. Ask him to remove it if you really care.

The only thing you can do is contact him telling him to take down the copy or you will contact his / her hosting company to take action which is naturally your next step. Unless you can afford to pay for a lawyer to actually file for a copyright violation (assuming you've copyrighted your content / website), the legal route is out of the question. If his site is hosted offshore you're pretty much out of luck.

Haha thank you for your advices and suggestions guys. :D

I sent them a DMCA email threatning to sue them for 100000 dollars, and to get their hosting company to take down their website, and they removed my copied web pages from their website now it under construction :D. :D

Even though my website pages were outranking their pages, my problem was that I worked hard to create the website and create high quality articles and someone just scraping it all made me angry. :D It was like my whole website was on their server with company name and contact info changed.

And what will happen after taking it down? you go for more... Ask the OP to give you more money and.... (just thinking)

I suffer from this as well. I have big websites copying my content words for words and if you report them to stupid google web spam, they will reply after 3 months and request you to give them more info.
