Hi! I am a female. This stranger started sending me messages on facebook more than 1 year ago. He has numerous fake profiles with fake profile images. I have chatted with him numerous times before but lately I thought I somehow have to end this. I am not 100% sure about this but I think he can be someone who knows me and I think tries to be a secret admirer. He always behaves in a really good way but never shares anything about his real life and lies to me about everything. At first everything seemed pretty funny but lately I started feeling somewhat worried. He successfully found my twitter account without myself sharing the username with him. He also has followed my instagram. I'd like to admit I had to create this profile so that I can post this here and I definitely hope there's no way for him to find out I have posted this.
After the numerous fake profiles I saw I realised it would be really difficult to get rid of him. I am wondering if I should temporarily disable my facebook and some of my other accounts so that he can't stalk me. I know this may seem awkward for some of the people on my friends list. I have some really toxic real life friends and Im trying to think of a good explanation on why I suddenly disabled my facebook.
I am not a great expert in creating secret profiles. I think I have to use a new email and fake name on facebook as well as a fake phone number.
I would be really happy if anyone can tell me if there's a good website to get a fake phone number for free. And also, can anyone tell me what would be a good excuse for getting off social media for some time in case someone asks me?
