live with it brother.. I got a blog with at least 400 unique visits per day and all 50+ post were copied. google is total shit with regards to penalizing such websites. I know how you feel but you just got to live with it.

So you OWN what ever it is you're posting correct?
If you have simply taken something from the internet and posted to you page then deal with it, you're doing the exact same thing.

Use a canonical header, file DMCA complaint. Otherwise just live with it, google should be able to detect this on their own, but they often don't.

Do you own copyright of what you are posting? Looks like you don't!

Not at all. Copyright is normally enforceable only by law. Are you prepared to do that?

Even so can you enforce it? Are you prepared to get a lawyer and arrange to take this person to court which you have to pay for, for a few blog posts of 150 words. Can you say to a court that copying these blog posts has severely damaged your business and caused you a significant loss of earnings? Can you show that you were earning a certain amount of money before and that this has decreased since these posts were made. 60 to 150 word blog posts are not even enough to be considered. You haven't written a book which then the person has published and tried to gain the income you should have had.

It really isn't worth your time to worry about.

Send him a copyright violation complaint like everyone has stated. This is much more fun than letting google penalize. They freak out.

There's always blackmail but that's too intense.

There's nothing that you can do. Just cross your fingers and hope that Facebook will attend to this issue right away.

..File a DMCA complaint to Facebook.

Include backlinks in your original source. So once he copy one of your posts your link is included.

Try to input links in content and you will see if they will be shown on facebook. Then try again to contact to fanpage owner. Then DMCA file.

All the time you can comment those posts on facebook with info that's your content - maybe it will be a good method to promote your blog and drive some traffic.

Send him another warning maybe after a week or two. If still he has no reply, send a final warning before finally filling a DMCA to facebook.

try to add a watermarked image backlinking to your blog, or trying posting content related to your facebook fanpage, give him at least effort to take that stuff out, or if he doesnt then the followers will be directed to you
