I see some refereres coming to my site so I went there and checked the source code and found the following code:
    <script language='javascript' src='http://www.my-website.com/adspy/adspy.php'></script>

    Anyone know what this is?

Adspy Tracker is an Adsense tool to track what adsense ads were clicked, etc

    Code:
    http://www.adspytracker.com/homepage.php
    Code:
With AdSpyTracker, you have an enormous
advantage over your competition, in that you can now track all aspects of your AdSenseTM
ads right up to the exact advertisement that was clicked...

If you refer to me promoting this garbage then you are dreaming. Have you watched Inception recently?
I Don't see any value in this crap. I don't care which specific advertiser ad is being clicked in my adsense account at all.

I'd be cautious using scripts as this one. Especially if you have an account with good standing.

Best will be to contact google and ask.
