I am new to this forum but heared a lot about this that here are many experienced peoles who love to help others. I am in a serious troublle. Someone cloned my websites like something appears in mirror. After I was on position 1 but now on 8 due to thatt cloned site. The cloned domain is going to expire in this month till 15th. Now what I have to do just wait for that domain deletion or remove all old content from my site and post some good articles on whole site or I don't have to do anything just carry on with link building. What you guys suggest please help..?

As long as your site was fully indexed before the clone, then you will be fine. The clone site would receive the duplicate content penalty, not yours. As for the drop in rankings you should keep building links and you should be top in no time. Good luck

I agree. If you decide to purchase that domain anyway (you suspect that it gets good traffic from somewhere else), you should do the 301 redirect to your site.
