Someone can give me some tips about how google business decides what reviews will be acepted or rejected?

Heyy u guys, i'm trying to help a friend, there's a competition on our work, that the most good rated seller in the google maps reviews will get some extra cash.
So i just started to create a lot of google accounts, and tryed to put reviews with each of these accounts, but when i do it, i write and rate a review but this one not goes to the company's page.
I want to know what i have to do to validate a account and be able to put a aceptable review.
Someone know how it works, and what i have to do?

I assume their algo checks for accounts activity, location mapping to separate good accounts from bad ones.
