Someone call me

I think it is about internet stuff
i juz started to make blog at wordpress and blogger and learn about them not usin domain
actually i wanna try autoblog

i put my phone number contact in my profile suddenly
i got misscall
the miscal is from other country number and started with
+186 or +168 i forgot about that number becoz i always change my card to new one when i got no credit for cheaper credit

so when i use my last number back i got the phone call from the same number and i really hardly understand english speaking becoz i am indonesian but to write of coz ican becoz i never heard and speak english for training that's why..
i ever speak to paypal and rapidshare customer service when i try to purchase rs acc but it takes me 2 hours and changes it staff to speak to me becoz they hardly understand me. haahaha...

i kinda heard like he said his name was mark and i said why not just mail me coz i hardly understand u
and he agreed and i check my email no email though...

could someone here tell me which country number is it?
and what actually is it ?
