    Hi all,
Hope someone can help. I just found a website selling my ebook that I wrote.
They are selling it for $1.25.

What the hell can I do?

    That pisses me off.

    Did you copyright your ebook?

Yes-it is copyrighted as well as legal jargon in the book.

File a DMCA to their web host and it'll most likely be taken down within a day or two.

I don't know the steps involved, but you could DCMA their host.

Thanks guys! I just did a whois lookup- found the domain owner and emailed a cease and desist letter. I will be sending a dmca letter next.

This really pisses me off. Where do people think they have a right to do something like that?

    http://store.creativedesign2u.com/

Its the autoblog factory book on the site above.

Cannot frickin believe this. My book in a boutique.LMAO

If you sell ebooks and or wso's you may check this site as I see he is selling other people's stuff. Just a heads up!

Another thought I just had.. you could also think about working a deal and let him keep it listed and split the profits. Although.. at 1.25/per that may not be much and not worth the effort.

I haven't read your ebook, but if you put links to your domain(s), an opt-in list, and your other books IN THE EBOOK then - I understand it hurts to see anybody making money off your stuff - this fool is just helping you build your list.

Some of the stuff on the site has MRR and PLR rights. Did you sell those with your ebook?

There is only 1 product on that site that is mine. I did not give away any other plr or mrr stuff with my book. So yes-he may have rights to those things but not my product or some of the wso's that he is selling.

As for the product-i shared it here to try to help-but in no way-does that give someone rights to sell it on their site. I don't even have an affiliate program setup for it.And it is a fairly new ebook.

Have you considered trying to contact his hosting company? It might be worth a little bit of research and a phone call to see what they can do to help.

Problem solved. He completely took out his ebook category on his website, with just the cease and desist letter. Thank to all for the help and advice.:)
