looks like you install a plugin or code on to your site to display 5 links from related sites...but it looks like you have to dish out 5 sites to install this code on to get those 5 links...

extremely easy to track and could get penalized by the G...

Looks like a link exchange and indeed you get penalized maybe even deindexed for using them.
