    Hi,
A guy had copied one of my sites 1:1 including my TOS, legal docs, design, logo and functions :noidea:
I mailed him asking to hand over the domain and cease but he just said he will change the design and bit while ignoring my other requests and suit threats.

As I know it's a though war to fight. Can anyone share some advice on how to fry his site so at least it's not on Google?

I already mailed his host and domain registrar to try and get some help.

    Any tips?

    Thanks!

Was he dumb enough to keep any images he used hosted on your domain ? If so, switch the images to something vulgar.

To get him out of google the legal way check out :

    http://www.google.com/dmca.html

not the legal, do some search on how to "google bowl" but after all it's hard work...

does he have adsense or CPA?

You want to hurt him where it hurts. Chase up these guys. They tend to nixx ties quicker than you will get his host and registrar to act.

Google DCMA process is scary (100K fine to the submitter?!?).
I agree that being cloned is generally a good sign but he had simply snatched the same domain name with a .net on it (mine is .com) which is really stealing my lost traffic too...

He does have CPA so I will mail them - thanks.

    Man, this is so frustrating...

do the DMCA. The "fine" is for submitting a false DMCA. Send the DMCA to him, his host, and domain registrar.

Yeah that sucks...but we're marketers here. Not hackers.

Its sucks to have had this happen. I've had that happen to a couple of my sites. But,
my advice is move on and lock down your sites. If you can't find a way to take legal action against them like with Google DCMA...move on.

It's a big and wacky world out there on the the interwebs. All the best to you
