Some snow on the roof....

This is a bit of a random post, but it's not always just about sitting in front of the computer. You also have to go outside...

I had to go to the roof today, as spring is starting to arrive and the frosts are starting to turn into warm temperatures.
If I didn't go to the roof to remove the snow, there would probably be too much weight on the roof. That way, the snow can come through the roof.
I live in an area with the most snow in all of Finland.
In the area, there is about 89cm of snow, and the same amount was also on my roof, so I sank into it to the height of my ass.

The picture doesn't really tell the truth, but I'm not lying. I have to go and continue tomorrow. I spent 4 hours on that roof throwing snow today.

Even though carpenters put snow in their calculations for the roof, 89cm is quite borderline. So good thing you went up.

89 cm is serious snow. Four hours on the roof is a solid workout.

Yeah, when you live here. There has to be a certain balance in the daily rhythm.
During winter, people here tend to freeze inside their homes. When you can't go outside, or it's not pleasant.
As a tourist, you can perhaps enjoy being here more. Just walking is already an experience, and if you get to ride a snowmobile in the forest or on a trail, that's the experience.

The good thing about living here is that there are no poisonous animals or very dangerous animals that attack. The most dangerous animal is a human. So you are pretty free to move around.
After all, people need heat more than cold. So many people don't like living here
