    1) My first domain is a .ca domain that I haven't used at all BUT it will become a year old come this october. How much does it cost to renew and will it be easier to rank if it's 1 year old?

    2) If the cost of renewing a .ca domain is more then $10-$15 then fuck it, I won't use it anymore. BUT if it's cheap to renew then would it be a good idea to rank a 2nd domain for a ton of easy to rank porn keywords and then redirect them to my .ca domain?

Basically I just want to know if I should renew my .ca and then use my 2nd domain and rank it for some porn keywords and redirect it to the .ca?

BTW both domains aren't targeting a specific keyword, they're just generic keywords.

Thanks for all input and advice guys!

1.Its usually $10 per year to renew.

2.Its not going to be less than $10 without a coupon.

Hmm ok, cause I remember reading somewhere that .ca domains were $50 to renew....

Well I guess I will build my site on the .ca domain.
What do you guys think of me ranking the other domain for a lot of porn keywords and once it's ranked then redirecting it to my .ca domain?

Why don't you ask the registrar how much it cost or look on their website.........?

Just 301 the domain to the new domain.

I think since I don't have much money at all I'll redirect the .ca domain (expires in october) to my other domain.

If it doesn't have content on it and isn't indexed, you may not get credit for an aged domain because nobody knows it exists.

    But that is speculation.

If a domain is just parked or not even parked, it's not gonna pass any juice to new domain... You got no index page or backlinks to pass...

Also you not gonna get any age value because you didn't developed this one... For renewal check your registrar it may be costly...

If it cost more then 10 bucks and got nothing of value here or it's not good domain name then just ditch it and move ahead...

You can do a 301 redirection to your new domain and you'll be fine in max 1-2 weeks.

1: Its easier to rank with TLD such as .com .org .net
which has Good content and Backlinks(i.e SEO done properly),
The AGE doesnt really matter alot.

2: If you dont want to use your .ca domain, why the hell do you want to redirect it to .ca ????

I think you should Just 301 redirect your .ca Domain to the new domain.

Im not sure about .ca domains. Ive never bought one but I would be surprised if its $50. Just send an email to your registrar and ask if they have any coupons you could use to renew it.

Is there a reason you want to use the .ca domain so much? Is it a specific keyword that isnt available .com or .net? Wouldnt it make more sense to rank the .ca?
Well when it expires the redirect stops.

Thanks for all the help guys! What I did was install wordpress on the .ca domain copied 5 articles and pasted them to the blog, it is indexed. I will redirect and enjoy the link juice till October and then I won't bother to renew it.
