Another post by yours truly...
As you may or may not be already aware, I have a product in mind that pays $60 per sale and it appears that the market is pretty small. Many searches I tried on google yielded less than 300,000 results, with only a couple hitting above that. Is would this then be a good niche to get into? Low competition compared to stuff like say dating sites with 25,000,000 results. Also, using Overture I found many keywords I thought of get around 1000 hits a month. Again, a low number, but could this be the key to dominating the niche?

I have enough money to pick up say 50 domains, use one to promote the product and the rest to somehow link to it or whatever it is that builds traffic... lol... I've read a lot but I have a hard time putting it all together.

Also, what are some good hosting sites? I've read around here can't find anything really interesting. GoDaddy has like $7/mo hosting for unlimited domains and a terabyte of traffic... is that something I'd need to execute a plan like this?

I like HostGator... especially since they have cPanel and Fantastico which makes the techie stuff a lot easier for me. Take a look at them for comparison purposes.

I highly recommend HostGator, I have several shared hosting accounts with them (to spread out my sites over various IP addresses, and to not have all my eggs in one basket ;)
