I read a lot here on submitting articles on AC. My problem is that I am not a citicien of the US. So what can I do then?
If I hire someone to open an account and verify it, would this be ok? If my paypal is registered in germany, do they still pay?
And do they check for IP adresses, so that I always need a proxy?
Would appreciate every hint!
