Some questions about my first niche site?

Hi, i have a few questions.

I found a few good keywords with nearly now competition in a niche that should convert good i think. For all of my Keywords the domains are avaible with the exact names as my keywords.

1. Should i register all the domains that sound exactly like my keyword ?

2. Should i make one site for the 3 keywords or 3 different sites, one for every keyword?

3. Is it good to buy all top domains for my keywords or only .com ?

4. Since i am german i could also buy the .de domains and make german sites too for the keywords...should i make multilanguage sites or just different sites?

I would buy all the top level if you can. 3 different sites for each keyword but link them together. Make sure it's a keyword people use when they tend to buy

and what about german sites? should i go multilanguage or besster create indipendant ones?

I wouldn't do other than .com .net .org .info that's just me. People tend to mostly hit those domains. Unless it's big in Germany no need for the other one

I would just register .com domains for the keywords and set up three different websites each targeting a specific keyword.

It's OK to go multi language if the niche is big in Germany.

all together it is about 20.000 searches per month in germany...
