    for your first question:
better you choose .com (or even .net) domains they perfom much better. thats what i read over several ebooks out there. had no experience on that from my own.

    second question:
where is the problem at all? why shouldnt it be allowed to do auto blogging? technically its not very different to remote publishing except that you use duplicate content - but that is an legal issue for yourself and not for your hoster! i wouldnt care about provider or hoster restrictions :)

Since .com and .net work better, which website has the best domain prices for those domain extensions?

To try and answer your first question: No one knows for sure if google, or any search engine, penalizes .info's. Only the top algorithm guys at google know this information. But from what I've read they basically say this: How many .info's have you seen on page 1? Not that many, so why not spend the extra money to get the .com instead of pitting yourself against a potential uphill battle from the beginning.

Google most likely won't PENALIZE .info domains but using .info domains will very likely trigger some spam filters. So if you are using .info domain on 100% whitehat site then it doesn't harm. But with autoblogs you probably have higher chance of getting banned in G.

The reason not many are seen on page 1 of a SERP is because they have not been around as long as the .com or .co.uk domains.
Most big players will have snapped up the keyword domains in the top extensions and adjusted their SEO accordingly. to get the page ranking.

There is nothing to stop an info ranking alongside a com but remember the com has has a hell of a head start.

And as you should all know Domain age is a big player in the big 'g' algorithm.

That said if you get the on page SEO right even with minimal backlinks you can still get a page to rank in yahoo or bing (depends on the competition for the keyword/phrase) pretty quick but you will need to work to keep it there.

No doubt, .info has been used by many webmaster who looks for short period domain... and by many newbie who does not want to spend money on domain..

No wonder, tld does matter and .info is not a top tld but it does not deprive you in ranking... I personally have seen 100's of .info domains which rank Top 1 for specific keyword and all other domains just dont figure in first page...

So its only seo and backlinks which matter in the end.. and not .info or .org
