    Hi,

this problem is driving me crazy. In the latest days, some of my users report they cant access my site. They get a time out error page. However, many others including myself can access it normally without any problem. Why? I have asked my web host, my domain manager, etc. and nobody seems to know whats the problem. Is it a problem with my server? I run a VPS. Is it a problem with my domain? Or i am being hacked? If only 2 or 3 users had this problem i wouldnt care that much, but its quite a number so im concerned. Please help.

    Thank you.

Are you directly pointing out your domain to your host or using some cloud services such as cloudflare, etc..?

Because I had the issue a few months back and the issue was with the cloudflare, they were blocking the ips automatically from red listed countries. So, I talked to their team and they fixed it.

If you're not using any cloud service then the issue might be with your host. As on the peak timing of high traffic the server get slowed down. So, try to point out the timing when the users contacted with you about this issue. if the timing is same then it can be the issue.

The third solution is to ask for the IP change from the company, ask them to change your Host ip or move you to another server.

    Hi,

no, i dont use any cloud services as far as i know. I only set my domain A record to point to my server and thats it. It doesnt happen all the time, only from time to time. I think i had already fixed it but the same issue came back some days ago and i dont know what to do. My host says the problem is unrelated to them. Is there anyway i can find the culprit? I would like to know whether the problem is caused bay my host or by my domain company.
