So, guys, I just noticed, sports. If you doing some workout/sports befor IM your efficiency will be 300% as the normal. Really, just try go to run 2-3-4km, then you will be "happy" (medical explanaton:dopamin level increasing) and you will be more happy then if you just siting 3-4 hours, because if you sit so much you will be slow, depressed, and don't want to doin work.
