take backup and format your PC. Later, clean your backup with Nod32 / Kaspersky

is that like any time you click any link on any site or just on specific site? What browser are you using? Do you have a router? Did you install any new software recently?

check your browser plugins, and installed software - if you are not sure what to look for, post a screen shot of installed software on your PC, i can have a look...

How does a cookie affect every link that a user clicks in a browser?

It looks like a browser hijack, try running a scan with Spybot (its free).

Be careful the type of advise you are getting from people who may not know about computer. How can someone tell you to reformat your system if he understands what reformat means. Your problem is browser hijack. If you are not so proficient to remove it, simply save any bookmark(s) you have in your computer, uninstall your browser(s), download and reinstall new browsers, then finally, re-import back your bookmarks. You will be fine.

What have you downloaded and installed recently?
There was a link to a multi skype program on this forum that had a whole load of adware
attached to it even though it came from a reliable source if you wasn't extremely vigilante
when installing it you would've ended up with a bag of junk on your pc you never bargained for.

cookie can support (help) malicious actions to be taken on the respective system. Even more, being a plain text file, they are vulnerable, meaning that they can be "harvested" by other applications

Have you ever thought that maybe this opportunity isn't BS? You might be on to a winner here, and are lucky to have access to such a page. I suggest you sign up and give it a go. At most there will only be small fees, so what's to lose? Good luck, I hope you do end up getting rich quick with this lucky break :)

What is/are the exact address(es) you're being redirected to?
    Is there any other signs?

Provide me with as much detail as possible and I should be able to help you
