When using Majestic site explorer, I can analyze my pages as :

    hxxp://www.mysite.com

    www.mysite.com

    or

    mysite.com

When I do this I get a different set of results, although the number of back links stays consistent, the difference in citation flow and trust flow is significant between each of these parameters.

Can someone tell me what this difference means, and how I take advantage of the best citation flow and trust flow? What is this metric trying to tell me?

Typically I redirect the non www version to my www version, so I was not aware that this oter option exists.

I have tried to find this information on the site and the web but I am coming up blank.

    Any help appreciated, and thanks.

    I use the domain.com option.

Although www/non-www may have links built to them differently I feel that Google is smart enough to know they are the same page so long as you're not serving up different content. So imho, the metrics outside of that are irrelevant.
