Some Good Social Networks?

I am in search of some Good social network which are having quality traffic from France. Please share them with me.

I'm not talking about Facebook, G+ and similar big social networks.

I recently found a social network called Shroudr where it's similar to Facebook but you are generated a fake name. Once you have your profile you are given friends who are real but like you, they were generated fake names. Good idea if you think about it, kind of like Omeagle in that you can be someone who you really aren't lol. Hope this was something you were looking for!
