lol sorry will clean it out now, but dont worry, i wasnt doing it the right way, instead of the # im just supposed to put a full link, its real easy, the error is just cos blogger is buggy. Will try again tomorrow 
usually things work out... ive encountered several random glitches in my day. Usually where i cant make any html changes, but nah ive got it sorted, took away all the free blogger backlinks stuff on the bottom, and changed 'powered by blogger' to 'powered by blackhatworld'

Yeah, the # just takes you to the top of the current page. Replace with your full url to the page you want it to link to like: http://www.site.com/tools.html
You could just use /tools.html or whatever the file is. I code for my specific pages, so I use full paths, but if you use relative ones you can use it on any site.
