Recently sold a replica bag on eBay - 1st and only time. Item got removed but buyer had already paid so I posted out the item.
The buyer has now opened a return case stating she doesn’t like it, it was packaged ‘disgustingly’ (not true) and she wants a refund.
Do I have any grounds to fight for this? The problem clearly isn’t the authenticity and she is outright lying as clearly she isn’t happy with it. But obviously it is a fake bag so would rather get it back than lose my money and the bag!
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
